*New Entrant Trainee is defined as a person employed within an enterprise for not more than three months full-time or 12 months part-time or casual or any combination of the above for a continuous period not exceeding 12 months.

How are traineeships delivered and how long does a course take to complete? Read more >
Depending on the qualification and the state in which you live, a traineeship can take anywhere between 12 months and 2 years to complete. Contact us for more information.
How much does it cost? Read more >
Each state has an administration fee determined by the Department of Education that must be paid on sign-up of a traineeship. The NSW Department of Education and Training has determined a fee of $404 is to be paid for the year 2009. This can be paid by you or your employer.
Please note that this is only a minimum fee and that further costs may be negotiated where customised training is to occur.
How can I undertake a traineeship? Read more >
To undertake a traineeship, you will need to check if you are eligible through an Australian Apprenticeship Centre (AAC). To find the closest AAC to you please visit http://www.australianapprenticeships.gov.au/search/aacsearch.asp. You will also need to be currently employed.
